Parshall Ambulance Service

 The Parshall Ambulance Service was originally the Parshall Makoti Ambulance Service (started in 1973).  In 1982  we separated from Makoti and changed the corporate name to Parshall Ambulance Service Incorporated. In 1992 we began building an ambulance garage and meeting room at 116 1st Ave NE.  We were strictly a volunteer staff until 2010 when we contracted part time staffing through Golden Heart of Rugby.  We now have 24/7 staffing through Ambulance Resources LLC but also have volunteer staffing for drivers, EMR's and EMT's when needed. We currently have 18 squad members that range from the age of 18-82 and trained from First Responders to Critical Care Paramedics and Registered Nurses.
